A sound knowledge of MVC frameworks and / or Drupal template system is vital, he/she must also have the ability to write PHP-based template. Should be able to override a function for menus, pages, panels, feeds, views etc. Skilled in a custom template integration, strong experience writing W3C, valid XHTML/CSS code in a cross browser environment, and extensive jQuery and AJAX experience.
